The Minnesota Building is thirteen-stories tall and located at the intersection of East 4th Street and Cedar Street in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. It is constructed with reinforced concrete and has a polished Indiana limestone facing. It was completed in 1929 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. It was build for $970,000 dollars and has 101,000 square feet of office space. It has now been converted into appartments. The Minnesota Building was the first Art Deco building in downtown St. Paul.
